Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
