Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 819 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
