Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bright Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
