Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Fox Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
