Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
