Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
