Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Portland, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
