Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Cross Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
