Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Health and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
