Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
