Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
