Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
