Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
