Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
