Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Maple Construction is a Orlando contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
