Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
