Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections.
