Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
