Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Linden Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
