Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Foods Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
