Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Glen Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Reno region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
