Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
