Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Partners is a Austin manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
