Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
