Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
