Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
