Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system.
