Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Linden Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
