Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Facilities is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 650 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
