Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Foods Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
