Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
