Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Raleigh region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
