Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Harbor Health runs clinics and patient services around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
