Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
