Bright Solutions is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 10 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
