Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is a Orlando company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
