Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
