Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Yarrow Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system.
