Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
