Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Union Facilities Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
