Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 522 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
