Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
