Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Bright Iron Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
