Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Summit Rowan Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
