Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
