Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Housing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
