Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
