Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
