Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Union Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Oklahoma City plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
