Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
